30 Days of Self Love & Care

I’m always running around and taking on far too much work and emotions of others that half the time I forget to think of myself.

I have created my own 30 day Self Love list to follow for a month, I’m hoping the outcome is that I become more of a chilled, relaxed and at ease person.

If this helps someone else too, that would be amazing!

  1. Take a Long Hot Bath
  2. Drink more Water
  3. Make a Playlist of My Favourite Songs
  4. Declutter a Room
  5. Read a Book
  6. Hang out with a Friend
  7. Get enough Sleep
  8. Make my Bed
  9. Tell one postive thing about myself
  10. Give old things to charity
  11. Stretch
  12. Listen to my favourite music
  13. Say No
  14. Stretch
  15. Try a new Recipe
  16. Binge watch favourite TV shows
  17. Put a face mask on and chill
  18. Avoid Toxic People
  19. Create a Relaxing Evening Ritual – Yoga
  20. Focus on something to look forward to
  21. Bake something just for fun
  22. Buy my favourite flowers
  23. Style my hair differently
  24. Light candles around the house
  25. Exfoliate with a good body scrub
  26. Wear an outfit that makes me feel good
  27. Wrap up in a blanket with a hot drink and enjoy the quiet moment
  28. Do some gardening
  29. Send a surprise care package to a friend or loved one
  30. Take a family member out to lunch/cook for them
