I have created my own 30 day Self Love list to follow for a month, I’m hoping the outcome is that I become more of a chilled, relaxed and at ease person.

- Wrap up in a blanket with a hot drink and enjoy the quiet moment
- Do some gardening
- Send a surprise care package to a friend or loved one
- Take a family member out to lunch/cook for them
